主耶穌, 這個不是早晨的早晨
我又浪費了大半天 甚麼事情都沒有做
主耶穌, 你一定很受傷 一定很難過
求你親自來教導我 過規律的生活 有意義有目標的生活 使我不在受環境受身邊的人影響
而是可以勇敢的活出你要我活出的節制 有規律的生活 每天每天 a little by little.
主耶穌 讓我學習 每時每秒跟你連結 跟你有關連 跟你同在
主耶穌 拿走我懶惰放縱的心思意念 還有我的身體 可以在空閒的時間還是榮耀你的充實過日子

How rich is God's grace, which he has given to us so fully and freely. "
